Kia Ora. I’m Munirah, a mother, school teacher, yoga practitioner, Reiki master, herbalist, cook and potter.
My favourite places are where I can spend time with people I love, outside in a garden, at the beach, in my kitchen or healing room, hands in clay or at a yoga studio.
I have experienced many blessings working alongside others in people-related industries.
As a dedicated Reiki energy practitioner my intention is to provide a nurturing environment and healing experience rooted in love and compassion. I blend intuition with ancient and modern practices to help facilitate your inner peace and clarity.
As a Yoga practitioner I understand the limitations and frustrations that can arise when we have injury or feelings of block or dis-ease. This led me down my own yoga path. I have learnt to be more gentle, to tune in, listen to the innate wisdom we all have with in, to allow my body to respond in the ways it needs to heal itself.
Necessity and interest provided impetus and opportunity to learn and explore gardening, food sustainability, natural remedies and practical ways for economising. My interests and hobbies include organic gardening, bee-keeping, pickling and preserves, herbal medicine, pottery, parenting, yoga, sewing and DIY projects too numerous to mention. With over 30 years of trial and error, practical tips and life experience, it is my joy to share some of the best things I’ve learnt in practical homemaking workshops that change with the season and my time availability.
Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional turmoil, or simply looking to enhance your personal development, I provide personalized Reiki, Yoga and practical home making sessions that promote overall well-being. We can work together to tailor a program that combines a taste of all or focus on your areas of interest.
