Personalised Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle, slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissue; fascia, joints and ligaments. Asana, or poses, are held for 3- 5 minutes and longer. The breath, time and gravity is used to subtly stretch, soften and deepen into poses, helping to release blockages so that energy can flow freely, restoring health and flow of life force.
